I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was peaceful, nestled in the countryside with no noise from roads or train lines. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who not only took care of me but also my three dogs. The room was luxurious and had a balcony, providing a shaded spot for me and my furry friends to relax in this hot weather. I even requested a fan, and it was promptly delivered to ensure our comfort. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check-out, so we could relax before driving home. the level of comfort and quality of service at this place were exceptional.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, always ready to help me with any needs I had. The hotel facilities were super clean and I could relax and enjoy the wonderful SPA. The location is also great, as it is away from any noisy roads or train lines. Additionally, there was free parking available, which was very convenient.

My significant other and I had a fantastic city trip to Switzerland and stayed at this countryside hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the delicious and well-presented 5-course gala dinner we enjoyed. We also took advantage of the hotel's spa facilities and were impressed with the outdoor whirlpool and indoor swimming pool.

The location was a bit remote, and it took us some time to get to nearby towns. Additionally, while most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where we encountered some cross-working between employees which caused some confusion and affected our overall service experience. Nonetheless, we had a lovely and peaceful stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Enjoy a delectable breakfast accompanied by beautiful cutlery before indulging in pool and sauna. Rooms are not impacted by surrounding streets or train lines, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. Some rooms offer a large bathroom for extra comfort.

Occasionally they could give fewer instruction in German to assist the international guests.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect escape from the city. the staff was very friendly and professional, offering great service. the New Year's Eve party was fantastic, with delicious food and drinks. the hotel also provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was very convenient. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is not located near any major cities, so it can be quite difficult to get around without a car. the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was not very strong, which made it difficult to stay connected.
